<h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Korean Phosphoric Acid for One Year Under Customs Notification No. 140/2009-Customs</h1> The Government of India has extended the validity of notification No. 140/2009-Customs, initially dated 15th December 2009, which imposes anti-dumping duties on Phosphoric Acid of all grades and concentrations, excluding agricultural or fertilizer grades, originating from or exported by Korea RP. This extension is valid for an additional year, up to and including 21st June 2015, unless revoked earlier. This action follows a review initiated by the designated authority to continue the anti-dumping duty under the provisions of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules. The duty is payable in Indian currency.
