Anti-dumping duty on phosphoric acid imports from Korea RP imposed, applying per tonne and payable in Indian currency for a limited period.

The Central Government imposes anti-dumping duty on phosphoric acid (all grades and concentrations excluding agriculture or fertilizer grade) under the specified tariff classification, applying to goods originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea and related import scenarios, at a duty rate stated per metric tonne in US dollars. The duty covers any producers and exporters identified in the notification, is effective for a limited statutory period from Gazette publication unless earlier modified, and must be paid in Indian currency with conversion using the government-specified exchange rate on the bill of entry date.
