Each parameter must start on a fresh page; only pages with changes require certification by an independent chartered accountant and the principal officer, and such updated pages must be communicated to clients, posted on the manager's website and filed with the regulator within seven working days. Existing regulatory content, certification and other obligations remain unchanged; the circular is effective immediately.
