of <h1>DGFT Amends SION E-136: Export Wheat Flour with Millets; 65% Wheat, 15% Millets Minimum Required.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) E-136 to allow the export of Wheat Flour (Atta) with Millets under specific conditions. The export item must contain at least 65% Wheat Flour and 15% Millets. The import entitlement of Wheat for such exports will be based on the wheat content, allowing 1.07 kg of Wheat import per 1 kg of Whole Wheat Flour exported. Millets and other ingredients must be sourced domestically, and the export description must detail the percentage content of each component. Previous conditions from earlier notices remain in effect.
