of <h1>Changes to Para 2.79A: Export Authorization for SCOMET Items to Foreign Subsidiaries Allowed with Conditions.</h1> Amendments have been made to Paragraph 2.79A of the Handbook of Procedures under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 concerning the export authorization for 'Stock and Sale' of SCOMET items. The changes allow Indian exporters to apply for authorization to export SCOMET items to foreign subsidiaries or parent companies, excluding certain categories. Applications must include various documents, such as end-use certificates and corporate relationship proof. The amendments also allow for repeat order authorizations and require annual reporting of exports, transfers, and inventory. Non-compliance may lead to penalties or cancellation of authorization.
