<h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: New Agencies Authorized for India-UAE CEPA Certificates of Origin Issuance in Appendix 2B.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 2B of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 to include a list of agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin (CoO) for the India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The authorized agencies include the Export Inspection Council, Marine Products Export Development Authority, Spices Board, Coir Board, Textile Committee, Central Silk Board, and various Special Economic Zones such as MEPZ, Kandla, SEEPZ, Cochin, NOIDA, Vishakhapatnam, and Falta. Each agency is assigned specific products, ranging from marine products to textiles, spices, coir, silk, tobacco, and agricultural products.
