of <h1>Deadline Extended for Mandatory E-Filing of Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin to October 31, 2021; Manual Submissions Allowed.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has extended the deadline for mandatory electronic filing of Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin through the Common Digital Platform to October 31, 2021. This extension allows continued manual submission of applications until that date. Agencies listed under Appendix 2E must complete the on-boarding process by the deadline or face de-notification. The revised Appendix 2E will be issued post-deadline, listing only compliant agencies. Agencies can seek guidance via email for the on-boarding process. This notice is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
