Initially introduced for preferential certificates under various Free Trade Agreements, this platform aims to streamline CoO processes electronically. Despite this extension, manual paper-based submissions will remain permissible until September 30, 2021, due to requests from certain trade chambers and associations. Agencies must complete their onboarding by this date and can seek guidance via email for the process. This notice is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
