of <h1>India's Foreign Trade Handbook Amendment: Certificate Fee Doubled to Rs. 200 as per Para 2.108 (c) (iv.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has amended Para 2.108 (c) (iv) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20. The amendment increases the fee per certificate from Rs. 100 to Rs. 200, as prescribed by the concerned agency. This change is made under the authority granted by paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. The amendment is detailed in Public Notice No. 3/2015-2020, dated April 30, 2021.
