Exporters must submit online applications through the DGFT's ECOM system, with no hard copies required. Applications for July 2020 are accepted from July 22-24, and for subsequent months, from the 1st to 3rd. Eligibility requires specific documentation, including purchase orders, a Chartered Engineer's certificate, and relevant certifications. Each firm is limited to one application per month, and licenses are valid for three months. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
