of <h1>India Sets Tariff Rate Quota for 30,000 Metric Tons of Crude Soya Oil from Paraguay Under Trade Agreement.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has announced a tariff rate quota (TRQ) for the import of 30,000 metric tons of crude soya oil from Paraguay under the India-Mercosur Trade Agreement. This notification is made under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 and specifies the inclusion of this TRQ in the Handbook of Procedures. The applicable customs notification is 57/2009, dated May 30, 2009, with an in-quota rate of 10% as per Indian tariff regulations.
