India Corrects Product Description in MEIS Schedule, Entry No. 113, Effective Retroactively from April 1, 2015.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has issued a corrigendum to correct the product description in the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) Schedule, specifically in Table 2 of Appendix 3B. The correction pertains to Entry No. 113, changing the description from "Other Mussels Excl, Frsh/Chld" to "Other." This amendment aligns the description with the ITC HS code as of the original notification date, April 1, 2015, and is effective retroactively from that date.
