                          SC Declines to Interfere with Lower Court's Decision in SLP(Crl.) No. 4430/2019; Pending Applications Disposed Of

                          The SC dismissed the SLP(Crl.) No. 4430/2019, choosing not to interfere with the lower court's decision. All pending interlocutory applications were ordered to be disposed of. Matters related to Diary No. 15477/2019 and other SLPs were scheduled for listing on 29th May 2019.
