of <h1>Industrial Parks: Section 80-IA Criteria for Notification - Operational Dates, Area Allocation, and Unit Requirements</h1> An undertaking seeking notification under clause (iii) of sub-section (4) of section 80-IA of the Act must meet specific criteria. The Industrial Park must begin operations between April 1, 2006, and March 31, 2011. At least 75% of the allocable area should be for industrial units, and no more than 10% for commercial activities. A minimum of 30 industrial units is required, with no single unit or associated enterprise occupying more than 25% of the area. The park must be owned by one entity, and units must engage in specified activities. The minimum constructed floor area is 15,000 square meters.
