of <h1>Industrial Park Scheme, 2008 Amended: Year Reference Changed from 2009 to 2011 u/s 80-IA, Income-tax Act.</h1> The Industrial Park (Amendment) Scheme, 2010, under Notification No. 37/2010, amends the Industrial Park Scheme, 2008, as authorized by the Central Government under section 80-IA of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Effective from its publication date in the Official Gazette, the amendment changes the year references in the original scheme. Specifically, in paragraph 4, clause (1), and in Form IPS-I, paragraph 3.VI, clause (a), the year '2009' is replaced with '2011.' This adjustment extends certain provisions of the scheme to a later date.
