Scope of appeals expanded to include appeals under section 246A, extending section 267's applicability by amendment. Section 267 is amended by inserting an explicit reference to appeals under section 246A immediately after the existing reference to appeals under section 246, thereby including appeals under section 246A within the statutory scope of section 267; the insertion takes effect from the 1st day of June, 2000.
