of <h1>Board Authorized to Establish Rules for 1997 Voluntary Income Disclosure Under Finance Act; Subject to Parliamentary Approval</h1> The Board is empowered to create rules for implementing the Voluntary Disclosure of Income Scheme, 1997, as per the Finance Act, 1997. These rules include specifying the form and verification process for declarations under section 64. Once rules are established, they must be presented before both Houses of Parliament for a total of thirty days. If both Houses agree to modify or annul a rule within the specified period, the rule will be altered or nullified accordingly, without affecting any actions previously undertaken under that rule.
