Amendment to notification scope expands the statutory provisions under which excise notifications may be issued. Amendment inserts the words, figures and letters 'section 3A, section 4A' after the phrase 'every notification issued under' in sub section (2) of section 38 of the Central Excise Act, thereby expanding the list of provisions under which notifications may be issued under section 38(2).
