Payment of tax: voluntary disclosure requires the declarant to pay tax and provide proof of payment with the declaration. Under the Voluntary Disclosure of Income Scheme the declarant must pay the tax on voluntarily disclosed income at the time of filing and the declaration must be accompanied by proof of payment.
