of <h1>Constitution (32nd Amendment) Act Adds University Under Article 371-E to Union List, Modifying Entry 63</h1> The Constitution (32nd Amendment) Act, 1973 modifies entry 63 in List I of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution. It substitutes the words 'Delhi University, and' with 'Delhi University; the University established in pursuance of Article 371-E,'. This amendment effectively adds the university established under Article 371-E to the Union List. The amendment came into force on July 1, 1974, as notified through G.S.R. 297(E).
