of <h1>India's Constitution Amended by Thirty-second Amendment Act, 1973, Effective July 1, 1974.</h1> The Constitution (Thirty-second Amendment) Act, 1973, enacted by the Parliament of India, received presidential assent on May 3, 1974. It is designed to amend the Constitution of India and will come into effect on a date specified by the Central Government through notification in the Official Gazette. The Act officially commenced on July 1, 1974, as per the notification G.S.R. 297(E).
