<h1>Regulation 13 Limits Tribunal to Three Adjournments Per Case, Requires Sufficient Cause for Each Adjournment</h1> The Competition Appellate Tribunal, under Regulation 13 of the Competition Appellate Tribunal (Procedure For Appeals And Applications) Regulations, 2010, allows for the adjournment of hearings if sufficient cause is demonstrated at any stage of the proceedings. However, the Tribunal is restricted to granting no more than three adjournments in total throughout the entire proceedings.
