Registrar functions ensure tribunal case registration, record maintenance and appellate representation under competition law.

The Registrar is assigned administrative and procedural duties for the Competition Appellate Tribunal, including receipt and registration of appeals, applications and interlocutory or miscellaneous filings; preservation and maintenance of the Tribunal's records; representation of the Tribunal before the Supreme Court on appeals under the Act; and performing additional tasks as directed by the Chairperson.
