Oath of office and secrecy requires Chairperson and Members to make and subscribe prescribed oath before assuming office. Every person appointed as Chairperson or Member must, before entering upon office, make and subscribe an oath of office and secrecy in the prescribed Forms II and III annexed to the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, as a precondition to assuming office.
