The Chairperson, excluding the Presiding Officers of the Debts Recovery and Industrial Tribunals, receives a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 2,50,000. Members receive Rs. 2,25,000 monthly. Presiding Officers of the specified tribunals are paid within the range of Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200. If a Chairperson or Member receives a pension, their salary is adjusted by the pension amount.
