of <h1>Commission Sets Expert Remuneration per Schedule III, Allows Exceptions for Higher Pay with Written Justification</h1> The remuneration for experts and professionals engaged by the Commission is determined according to Schedule III. The Commission has the discretion to pay higher remuneration than specified in Schedule III in exceptional cases, provided the reasons are documented in writing. Additionally, if there is an amendment to increase the remuneration for various categories, the existing experts and professionals, including research associates, will receive a corresponding increase. This includes any increments upon contract renewal.
