It should also include a summary of findings, details of other authorities examining the case, and necessary undertakings. Applications must be submitted within 45 days of receiving the Director General's report, with a possible 30-day extension for valid reasons. Incomplete applications must be rectified within ten working days. Applications can be withdrawn before the Commission's order and must cover all contraventions and pending amounts under the Act.
