If an individual violates any provisions of the relevant Act, laws, or associated rules and regulations concerning exports linked to the duty credit or e-scrip, the duty credit or e-scrip may be suspended or canceled. This action is executed in accordance with the procedures notified by the Central Government under section 51B of the Act.
