Repeal and saving: repeal of tribunal reforms ordinance; actions under amended statutes deemed valid under new Act. The Ordinance is repealed, but any action taken under specified Acts as amended by that Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of those Acts as amended by this Act, preserving the legal effect of prior measures and serving as a transitional saving provision.
