<h1>Government Can Issue Orders to Resolve Act Implementation Issues; Must Publish in Gazette Within Three Years</h1> The Central Government is empowered to address any difficulties in implementing the provisions of the Act by issuing general or special orders, provided these are consistent with the Act. Such orders must be published in the Official Gazette and can only be made within three years from the notified date. Furthermore, all orders issued under this section must be presented before each House of Parliament promptly after issuance.
