Discharge certificate issuance: committee issues certificate after payment and proof of withdrawal, within the statutory timeframe. The designated committee must issue electronically a discharge certificate in Form SVLDRS-4 when satisfied that the declarant has paid the amount determined and has submitted proof of withdrawal of any appeal, writ petition or reference; the certificate is to be issued within thirty days of the later of payment or submission of such proof, or, where Form SVLDRS-3 was not issued under the proviso to sub rule (2) of rule 6, within thirty days of filing the declaration under sub rule (1) of rule 3.
