Central Listing Authority Fund created to receive application fees and finance authority remuneration, operational expenses and professional fees. A Central Listing Authority General Fund is constituted to receive application fees and other sums decided by the Board. The Authority shall manage the Fund and apply it to remuneration of the President and Members, operational expenses including staff salaries and allowances, and professional fees for external professionals, agencies, consultants and advisory committees engaged by the Authority.
