          <h1>Repeal and savings preserve appointments and validate prior actions and notices consistent with these regulations.</h1> Regulation repeals the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Listing Authority) Regulations, 2003 and provides that the Authority constituted under the repealed regulations shall be deemed appointed under the corresponding provisions of the new regulations; any act, action, or notice issued under the repealed regulations shall be deemed done under the corresponding provisions of the new regulations insofar as it is not inconsistent with the new regulations.
