of <h1>Securities Board Regulation 21 Repealed: Authorities and Actions Retain Validity Under New Provisions</h1> Regulation 21 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Listing Authority) Regulations, 2003, states that these regulations are repealed. Despite this repeal, any authority established under the repealed regulations is considered appointed under the new corresponding provisions. Additionally, any actions or notices issued under the repealed regulations, as long as they are not inconsistent with the new provisions, are deemed to have been conducted under the new regulations.
