          <h1>Meetings of the Authority govern convening, remote participation, delegation and majority decision-making with a chair's casting vote.</h1> Regulation 6 prescribes convening, chairing and administrative duties for Authority meetings, permits remote attendance, and provides decision-making by majority with the chair's casting vote. Continuing Members may act despite vacancies; decisions may be taken by circulation. The Authority may delegate functions to committees subject to specified procedures; committee votes are by majority and ties are referred to the Authority. Proceedings or orders are not invalid merely due to vacancies or defects in constitution. Exchange representatives are excluded from quorum calculations for certain listing precedent applications.
