Search and seizure obligations require identification, access, disclosure of electronic record passwords, and non interference during searches. Persons in charge of premises, vessels, vehicles or aircraft must, upon production of the authorised officer's warrant, identify persons and locations, allow free ingress and reasonable facilities for search, stop or cause landing if moving, hand over keys to receptacles, and not obstruct officers. Persons controlling business or electronic records must disclose passwords and provide facilities for inspection of electronic books of account and documents.
