Return of warrant of authority must be to chairman after execution or expiry, with officer endorsement of powers exercised. A Warrant of Authority must be returned to the Chairman after full execution with the seizure memo or, if not executed within the authorised time, on expiry; the authorised officer must endorse the warrant stating the powers exercised under that authority.
