Order communication requirement: certified tribunal orders must be dispatched to relevant regulatory recipients and parties. A certified copy of every order issued by the Appellate Tribunal must be communicated to the Board, the Adjudicating Officer and to the parties, as applicable, creating a procedural obligation for service and distribution of tribunal orders to those recipients.
