Deadline extension when tribunal office is closed: acts due on a closed day may be performed on the next opening day. If a last day for doing any act falls on a day when the Appellate Tribunal's office is closed and the act cannot therefore be done on that day, the act may be done on the next day on which that office opens, thereby extending the deadline to the next opening day.
