of <h1>Penalties for violating NFRA Rules 2018 u/r 13 clarified: ?5,000 fine plus ?500 daily for continuing non-compliance.</h1> Rule 13 prescribes a specific penalty for contravention of the National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018 by any person. It provides that any contravention is punishable with a fine up to five thousand rupees, and where the contravention is continuing, an additional fine up to five hundred rupees for each day after the first during which the contravention continues, thereby establishing a capped monetary sanction with a daily continuing default component for ongoing non-compliance.
