of <h1>SFIO duty to contemporaneously record arrests and information given to detainees in arrest register u/r 7</h1> Rule 7 prescribes the duty to record arrests: the arrest register maintained by the SFIO must contain an immediate entry of the fact of arrest and the information furnished to the arrested person upon receipt of the documents specified under rule 5; this prescription obliges the SFIO to contemporaneously document arrests and the information given to detainees, ensuring an up-to-date official record in the arrest register.
