Verification requirement: additional facts in settlement proceedings must be submitted in writing and verified per the application. Where facts not included in the original settlement application or its annexures, statements, or accompanying documents are to be relied upon during proceedings before the Commission, those facts must be submitted to the Commission in writing and verified in the manner prescribed in the settlement application.
