Power to remove difficulties enables government to issue remedial orders published in the official gazette and presented to the legislature. Government may, by general or special order published in the official Gazette, make provisions not inconsistent with the Act to remove difficulties in giving effect to its provisions; such orders must be made within the Act's temporal limitation and be laid before the Legislative Assembly as soon as practicable.
