of <h1>Delhi GST Rules Must Be Presented to Legislative Assembly; Modifications Effective Post-Approval Under Section 2017</h1> Every rule, regulation, or notification made by the Government under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, must be presented before the Delhi Legislative Assembly while in session for a total of thirty days. This period can span one or multiple sessions. If the Assembly modifies or annuls any rule, regulation, or notification before the end of the subsequent session, it will only take effect in its modified form or be nullified. However, any actions taken under the original rule, regulation, or notification remain valid prior to such modification or annulment.
