These include the Commissioner of State Tax, Special Commissioners, Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners of State Tax. Additionally, any other class of officers deemed necessary may also be appointed. Officers previously appointed under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, are recognized as officers under this Act.
