Sums payable notwithstanding appeal: amounts ordered by tribunals or the high court remain payable despite further appeal. Amounts adjudicated by National, Regional, State or Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal, or by the High Court under its appellate jurisdiction, remain payable in accordance with those orders notwithstanding that an appeal to the High Court or Supreme Court has been preferred.
