        Removal of warehoused goods for home consumption requires bond officer presence and owner order before delivery. A licensee must not remove warehoused goods for home consumption except in the presence of a bond officer; upon the owner producing an order of the proper officer, the licensee shall, in the presence of the bond officer, deliver the quantity specified in the bill of entry to the owner and retain a copy of the bill of entry.
