of <h1>Licensee Must Have Bond Officer Present for Removing Warehoused Goods Under Section 68; Strict Compliance Required.</h1> A licensee is prohibited from removing warehoused goods for home consumption unless a bond officer is present. The owner of the goods must present an order from the proper officer under section 68. In the presence of the bond officer, the licensee must deliver the specified quantity of goods as indicated in the bill of entry for home consumption to the owner and retain a copy of the bill of entry.
