A new entry 9A is introduced for raw, white, or refined sugar under heading 1701, attracting 20% duty. For bauxite (natural), entry 23A (not calcined) under subheading 26060010 and entry 23B (calcined) under subheading 26060020 are inserted, each with 30% duty. For ilmenite, entry 24A (unprocessed) under subheading 26140010 and upgraded ilmenite under 26140020 are both assigned 30% duty.
