Non refundability of scheme payments: amounts paid under the voluntary compliance scheme are final and not refundable. Under the Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme, 2013, any amount paid pursuant to a declaration made under subsection (1) of section 107 shall not be refundable under any circumstances; such payments are expressly non refundable and remain final.
