Customs tariff amendments revise fish classifications, remove a tariff item, clarify printed paper classification, and adjust tariff rates. The First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act is amended to (1) substitute entries in Chapter 3 identifying turbots (Psetta maxima) for specified tariff items; (2) omit a tariff item and related entries in Chapter 15; (3) omit Note 13 in Chapter 48 and add a supplementary note that printed paper and paper products intended for further printing or writing remain classified under their respective headings; and (4) substitute revised column (4) tariff entries for the affected headings in later chapters.
