of <h1>Central Government Authorized to Resolve Commodities Transaction Tax Issues Under Clause 124, Finance Bill 2013, Valid for 2 Years.</h1> Clause 124 of the Finance Bill, 2013, grants the Central Government the authority to issue orders to resolve difficulties in implementing the provisions of the Chapter concerning the Commodities Transaction Tax. This authority is valid for two years from the commencement date of the Chapter's provisions. Any order made under this clause must be presented before both Houses of Parliament. The amendment will become effective on the date specified in a notification issued by the Central Government.
